ADHD & Autism Testing: January Spots are Open!

OK, we’ve made it through the bulk of the holidays and now we are in that weird in-between space before New Years. Some folks are full-force back at work while others are enjoying further time off.

I’ve been holding awareness in my heart for those who do not particularly enjoy this time of year for one or more of many reasons. I especially have been thinking of my neurodivergent community and how this time of year can be particularly taxing.

While some people enjoy lights, music, family parties, lots of food, and numerous traditions, for others, these aspects of the holidays produce:

  • Sensory over stimulation

  • The need to assert hard boundaries and manage how other people feel about them AND/OR manage the inner struggle of whether or not to assert boundaries that you feel you need.

  • Depression, Anxiety, Isolation, and general Burn Out

It’s a time when many folks need extra support but find that their providers are on break or their usual supports are less available.

Now, if you are reading this and you know you are neurodivergent and are connected to supports, practicing advocating for and asserting your needs, and generally growing more into yourself– this is wonderful!!!

On the other hand, if you are someone who has a hard time with the holidays, read the above list of struggles, saw your experience in it (and maybe added to it), but are unsure if its because of neurodivergence and you want to know– We should talk.

It does not have to be this hard.

Testing for ADHD and/or Autism can be a great first step to deepen your understanding of your experience and connect to professional supports to ease this burden that you are currently carrying alone.

My January schedule for virtual adult ADHD and Autism evaluations is open.

Availability is limited, and my testing rates will increase in February 2026, so I encourage you to schedule a free consultation now to secure a testing spot at the current rate. I will honor the current rates for folks who complete consultations and schedule intakes before Feb 1, 2026*.

How I Approach ADHD & Autism Evaluations

My evaluations are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I don’t believe in reducing people to scores or checklists. Instead, I take time to understand your full story—your development, lived experiences, masking, burnout, strengths, and the systems you’ve had to navigate.

Many people come to me after years of wondering, second-guessing themselves, or being misunderstood by providers who didn’t fully see them. My goal is not to label what’s “wrong,” but to help you make sense of your experiences with clarity, care, and respect.

Why This Might Be the Right Time

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, stuck, exhausted, or unsure why certain things, like the holidays, have always felt harder for you, an evaluation can be a meaningful step. Gaining clarity around ADHD or Autism can help you:

  • Understand lifelong patterns with more compassion

  • Reduce shame and self-blame

  • Access appropriate supports or accommodations

  • Make informed choices about work, school, relationships, and care

  • Move forward with greater self-trust and confidence

January availability is now open, and with my rates increasing in February 2026, this can be a good time to begin the process. Especially if we have already done a consultation and you know you are ready to schedule an intake 😉

Start with a Free Consultation

The first step is a free consultation, where we can talk about your questions, what you’re hoping for, and whether testing feels like a good fit right now. Scheduling a consultation now allows you to schedule a January Intake Appointment at the current rate*.

If you’ve been wondering whether an ADHD and/or Autism assessment might help you better understand yourself and get support, let’s talk.

My Virtual Evaluations are available to adults in PsyPact-approved states — and I’d be honored to walk this part of your journey with you.

*I will honor the 2025 rates even if the intake that we schedule during your January consultation is after February 1.
